We suggest twice-yearly dental examinations for identifying signs of tooth decay, oral cancer, gum disease or other issues that threaten your overall healthcare before they develop into a serious emergency. A small cavity can grow larger as bacteria erodes the tooth. The sooner we find a cavity, the faster we can treat it with a simple filling to prevent additional complications.
Dental x-rays allow us to see any problems affecting the roots of the teeth or the surrounding bones as well. In addition to checking your teeth, our doctors will also inspect your oral cavity as well as your jaw for any signs of oral cancer.
We also suggest our patients have professional cleanings two times per year.
